грибы свежие - 225 гр.
масло сливочное - 75 гр.
лук репчатый - 2 головки
чеснок - 1 зубчик
хлебные крошки свежие - 25 гр.
сыр плавленый тёртый - 100 гр.
мускатный орех тёртый
соль
зелень петрушки
перец

Приготовление:


Растопите 25 грамм масла и обжарьте мелко нарезанный лук и измельченный чеснок в течение 3 минут. Добавьте нарезанные грибы, накройте крышкой, жарьте ещё 15 минут. Снимите крышку, увеличьте нагрев и выпарите жидкость. Грибы должны остаться влажными. Добавьте 25 грамм масла. Немного охладите. Смешайте грибы с луком, добавьте хлебные крошки, сыр, щепоть мускатного ореха, соль и перец, оставшееся масло до получения однородной массы. Выложите паштет на небольшое блюдо, накройте крышкой и охлаждайте в течение 1-2 часов. Непосредственно перед подачей сформуйте в виде валиков или шариков, обваляйте в неостром молотом красном перце и в измельченной зелени петрушки.
