Кулинарные рецепты с фотографиями
Компот в арбузе. 
Голосов: 6Ингредиенты:
арбуз - 1 шт.
яблоки - 2 шт.
вишня - 100 гр.
малина - 100 гр.
клубника - 120 гр.
сахар - 1 стакан
лимонная кислота - 1 гр.
Приготовление:
У яблок удалите сердцевину, нарежьте дольками. Положите в кипящую смесь воды и сахара, подкисленную лимонной кислотой. Сразу же снимите с огня и оставьте в сиропе до охлаждения. Малину, вишню, клубнику переберите. У арбуза срежьте верхнюю часть примерно на 1\4, аккуратно выньте ложкой мякоть, удалите из нее семена и нарежьте кубиками. Кусочки арбуза, яблок и ягоды положите в охлажденный сироп. Подавайте в арбузе.
