Яблоки в творожном тесте. 
Голосов: 14Ингредиенты:
яблоки - 6 шт.
мука пшеничная - 300 гр.
творог - 300 гр.
маргарин - 300 гр.
сок лимонный - 1 ст. ложка
сахар - 6 ч. ложек
сахарная пудра - 1 ст. ложка
соль , корица молотая
Приготовление:
Муку просейте, соберите ее горкой, сделайте углубление, добавьте в него протертый творог, соль, рубленый маргарин и замесите густое однородное тесто. Готовое тесто раскатайте в прямоугольный пласт и нарежьте на квадраты, соответствующие величине яблок. Яблоки очистите от кожицы и сердцевины и припускайте 5 минут с добавлением лимонного сока или разведенной лимонной кислоты. Яблоки выньте, обсушите, уложите на середину квадрата из теста, в середину яблок засыпьте сахар, смешанный с корицей. Соедините противоположные концы квадратов, смажьте их взбитым яйцом и запеките яблоки в тесте при 230 С. Перед подачей охладите и посыпьте сахарной пудрой.
