Блинчики с мясом

Для блинчиков: на 0,5 литра молока - 2 яйца, соль и песок по - вкусу, 1 ст. ложка крахмала, мука. Для начинки: 500 г. мяса, 1 луковица.
Приготовление:
А это любимое блюдо моего мужа, ему научила меня моя мама.
Для блинчиков: на 0,5 литра молока - 2 яйца, соль и песок по - вкусу, 1 ст. ложка крахмала, муки добавляем столько, чтобы получилось жидкое тесто. За счет крахмала блинчики не будут рваться. Они получаются очень тоненькие и вкусные. И маленький секрет, чтобы блинчики лучше отставали от сковороды, перед жаркой её нужно прокалить несколько минут с солью. Все ингредиенты для блинчиков смешиваем, и жарим большие блины (во всю сковороду) на раскаленной сковородке. Для начинки: отвариваем в подсоленной воде около 500 гр. мяса (любого), прокручиваем через мясорубку, отдельно обжариваем 1 большую луковицу на растительном масле. Затем перемешиваем обжаренный лук с мясом и подогреваем начинку на сковороде в течение 5 минут на среднем огне. Начиняем этим блинчики, заворачиваем их и слегка обжариваем на сковороде, на растительном масле.
